快速康复外科护理理念对胆结石根治术患者术后康复及并发症的影响研究

摘要：目的 观察快速康复外科护理理念用于胆结石根治术治疗的患者进行干预的效果，以期为类似研究工作提供一定的参考。方法 以随机数字表法将60例胆结石患者（2023年1月至2025年1月）分为n=30 的对照组（常规护理）与研究组（快速康复外科护理）。对比不同组别患者肛门排气时间、并发症等指标情况。结果 不同组别并发症、护理效果存在显著差异，且对照组肛门排气所用时间比研究组长（P<0.05）；对照组患者肠鸣音恢复时间为（25.08 ± 4.32）min，研究组为（14.62 ± 3.17）min， 且研究组术后不同时间点疼痛改善情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复外科护理理念能有效促进胆结石根治术患者术后胃肠功能恢复，减轻疼痛程度，降低并发症发生率，具有较高临床推广 价值。

Study on the Influence of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing Concept on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Complications of Patients Undergoing Gallstone Radical Surgery

Abstract：Objective To observe the intervention effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing concept on patients undergoing radical surgery for gallstones, in order to provide some reference for similar research work. Methods Sixty patients with gall-stones (January 2023 to January 2025) were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and a study group (rapid recovery surgical nursing) with n=30 using a random number table method. Compare the anal exhaust time, complications, and other indicators among different groups of patients. Results There were significant differences in complications and nursing effects among different groups, and the control group had a longer time for anal exhaust compared to the study group leader (P<0.05); The recovery time of bowel sounds in the control group was (25.084.32) minutes, while in the study group it was (14.623.17) minutes. Moreover, the pain improvement in the study group at different postoperative time points was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The concept of rapid recovery surgical nursing can effectively promote postop-erative gastrointestinal function recovery, reduce pain, and lower the incidence of complications in patients undergoing radical surgery for gallstones, and has high clinical promotion value.
