人文关怀护理对肝癌术后抑郁患者的效果评价

摘要：目的 探讨人文关怀护理对肝癌术后抑郁患者负性情绪、术后疼痛、睡眠质量、生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2022年1月1日至2023年12月31日华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院肝胆外科的 80 例肝癌术后合并抑郁患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各组40 例。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组采用人文关怀护理模式。比较两组患者治疗后焦虑、抑郁发生情况、术后疼痛情况、术后睡眠质量情况，生活质量情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组S A S、S D S评分均低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组疼痛程度分级占比情况优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分较对照组显著更高（ P＜0.05）；观察组睡眠质量评分较对照组显著更低（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度较对照组显著更高（P＜0.05）。结论 人文关怀护理模式对肝癌术后抑郁患者护理效果较好，能减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪发生，缓解术后疼痛感，改善睡眠质量，提高生活质量，疏导患者的负面情绪，引导患者积极配合治疗，优化治疗效果，同时提高患者的护理满意度，适合临床推广。

Effect evaluation of humanistic care nursing on depressed patients after liver cancer operation

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of humanistic care nursing on negative emotion, postoperative pain, sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with depression after liver cancer operation.Methods From January 1, 2022to December 31, 2023, 80 patients with depression after liver cancer surgery in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, UnionHospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as the researchobject and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group adoptedconventional nursing mode, while the observation group adopted humanistic care nursing mode. The incidence of anxiety, depression,postoperative pain, postoperative sleep quality, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the twogroups. Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Theproportion of pain grade in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life score inthe observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The score of sleep quality in the observationgroup was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care nursing model has a good nursing effect on patients with depression after liver cancer surgery, which can reduce the occurrence of anxiety and depression, relievepostoperative pain, improve sleep quality, improve quality of life, ease patients’ negative emotions, guide patients to activelycooperate with treatment, optimize treatment effect, and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
