工作坊教学法在血透室护理技能教学中的应用效果

摘要:目的 分析在血透室护理技能教学中应用工作坊教学法的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月—2024 年12 月在我院血透室进行护理技能培训的34 名在职护理人员作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组17 名。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用工作坊教学法,对比两组护理人员学习效果。结果 观察组护理人员各项学习成绩更优,对比P<0.05,观察组患者对护理工作总满意度更高,对比P<0.05。结论 在血透室护理技能教学中应用工作坊教学法的应用效果显著,可提高教学效果,证明该教学方法可在实践中应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of workshop teaching method in hemodialysis room nursing skills training.Methods A total of 34 in-service nurses who underwent nursing skills training at our hospital's hemodialysis room from January2023 to December 2024 were selected as research subjects. Participants were randomly divided into a control group (17 nurses)and an observation group (17 nurses) using a random number table. The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group adopted the workshop teaching method. Results The observation group demonstrated significantlybetter learning outcomes (P<0.05) and higher overall satisfaction with nursing services (P<0.05) compared to the control group.Conclusion The application of workshop teaching method in hemodialysis room nursing skills training shows remarkable effectivenessin enhancing instructional outcomes, proving its practical applicability in clinical settings.
