微格教学联合OSCE在血透室护理技能教学中的应用效果

摘要:目的 微格教学联合OSCE考核模式在血透室护理人员技能培训中的应用。方法 回顾性选取2024 年1 月至2024 年12 月血透室护理人员35 名进行研究,依据教学方法不同分为2 组,对照组17 名,观察组18 名。对照组应用常规护理技能教学,观察组应用微格教学联合OSCE 考核模式。比较应用效果。结果 观察组考核成绩高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组学习积极性高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组批判性思维能力评分、人文关怀能力评分高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 微格教学联合OSCE考核模式可提高考核成绩、积极性,并能提升护理人员批判性思维能力、人文关怀能力,确保教学满意度,有借鉴的价值。

Application Effect of Microteaching Combined with OSCEin Hemodialysis Room Nursing Skills Training

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application of microteaching combined with OSCE assessment model in hemodialysisroom nursing staff skills training. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 35 hemodialysis room nursing staff fromJanuary to December 2024. Participants were divided into two groups based on teaching methods a control group (17) receivingconventional nursing skills training and an observation group (18) receiving microteaching combined with OSCE assessment.Results The observation group demonstrated significantly higher assessment scores (P<0.05), greater learning motivation(P<0.05), and improved critical thinking/caregiving competencies (P<0.05) compared to the control group. Additionally, the observationgroup showed higher teaching satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion The microteaching combined with OSCE assessmentmodel enhances assessment performance, learning motivation, and professional competencies in nursing staff. This approachensures teaching satisfaction and holds practical value for clinical practice.
