循证护理教学联合基于临床路径的教学在血透室护理技能教学中的应用效果

摘要:目的 观察循证护理教学联合基于临床路径的教学在血透室护理技能教学中的应用效果。方法纳入在职护理人员34 名为研究对象,均于2023 年3 月-2024 年3 月在本院血透室接受护理技能培训,以抽签的方法将其分为2 组,各17 名。对照组接受常规带教模式,观察组接受循证护理教学+ 基于临床路径的教学模式。比较两组在职护理人员的考核成绩、教学满意度以及不良事件发生率。结果 观察组护理实操为(95.67±4.89)分、理论知识为(96.34±5.21)分、综合能力为(90.68±3.56)分,较对照组高,P < 0.05;带教满意度对比,对照组为70.58%,观察组为100.00%,P < 0.05;对照组不良事件发生率为35.29%,观察组为5.88%, P<0.05. 结论 循证护理教学联合基于临床路径的教学在血透室护理技能教学中的应用, 有利于相关知识与技能的掌握,促进其综合能力的提升,减少不良事件的发生。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of evidence-based nursing teaching combined with clinical pathwayteaching in hemodialysis room nursing skills training. Methods A total of 34 in-service nursing staff were recruited as researchsubjects, all receiving nursing skills training at the hemodialysis room of our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024. Participantswere randomly divided into two groups of 17 each. The control group received conventional teaching mode, while theobservation group received evidence-based nursing teaching combined with clinical pathway teaching. The assessment results,teaching satisfaction, and adverse event incidence were compared between the two groups. Results The observation groupscored 95.67±4.89 in practical skills, 96.34±5.21 in theoretical knowledge, and 90.68±3.56 in comprehensive ability, all significantlyhigher than the control group (P<0.05). Teaching satisfaction rates were 70.58% and 100.00% respectively (P<0.05).Adverse event rates were 35.29% and 5.88% (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing teaching combinedwith clinical pathway teaching in hemodialysis room nursing skills training facilitates the mastery of relevant knowledgeand skills, enhances comprehensive abilities, and reduces adverse event occurrences.
